Learning while doing is a powerful way to learn, ...and hands-on learning experiences should be encouraged, cultivated, and part of every learning experience.
The other is environment. A calm, distraction-free learning environment should be part of every course plan, reducing fight-or-flight, engaging the higher brain. As it turns out, according to the Blue Mind theory, learning on the water, or by the water, could be the best learning environment yet!
